Feelings of isolation and desperate despair can swallow you whole and then vomit you out again into the dirt, bruised and battered. It's hard to see the point of continuing sometimes. I have felt it at different times in my life and in different ways. There's a certain seduction to choosing your ending; a certain 'Fuck You All' appeal. For myself, I had to realize that real life is full of ups and downs. Life is not static and unchanging. Everyone is happy to know about the ups, but very few want to know about the downs. The downs are forbidden territory and no one really wants to admit that it scares them shitless. They can accept that it ex
